ITCraftship is a premium recruitment company helping international startup businesses find and screen the right talent to help them reach their development and business goals. We’re looking for a Python Developer to join Logic Mind – a fast-growing, non-typical Polish startup that is now working on a revolutionary project. You’ll have a chance to work with great minds while developing super exciting app with usage of AI.

Logic Mind has created the first and the most powerful in the world engine that solves Poker games (counting Nash's equilibrium), DeepSolver, which is the name of the project is based on the most recent research in AI and Machine Learning. It currently supports No-Limit Texas Hold'em in 1:1 format but they are developing it to solve all poker kinds and formats (including multiplayer games).

Based on this engine Logic Mind creates a Web App with an educational-analytic tool for players from all around the world which will allow them to check the optimal strategy for the game in specific situations. Everything in an easy and intuitive way.

If you join the team your daily tasks will include:


  • load balancing, task scheduling, provisioning instances;
  • automated backups;
  • logging & monitoring services;
  • deliver APIs.

Job requirements


You have:

  • 3+ years of experience with Python (ideally Django);
  • knowledge of REST API or similar;
  • experience with distributed & scalable systems;
  • knowledge of good systems integration practices;
  • history working with stack (ElasticSearch, Kibana, LogStash);
  • good communication skills.

Bonus points for:

  • Being a Lead;
  • Java11 experience;
  • Django Channels, Tornado, Asyncio;
  • Docker for local development experience.
