How does the process look like?
After you fill in the form, we’ll send you a link with a quick test and coding challenge. We design the challenges ourselves, so there are no useless algorithmic or mathematical tasks - only real-life problems, you’d see in your future job. Completing these tasks should take you around 2-3 hours. We will check your results and match you with one of the companies. If they are interested in you, we will schedule a quick call, when you’ll meet your future employer.
*What if you are a junior developer?
Most of the remote job positions that we can offer to developers who join "open position" relate to the medium or senior level of experience.
