As ITCraftship, we work with top tech companies worldwide to help them source and screen the best talent. This time you have an opportunity to work at Curvestone - an international company that equally values your skills and personality. Its team is made up of talented AI developers that you can join in building AI-enabled digital products. Work from wherever you want and boost your career. This job offer might be for you!

Right now we’re helping a distributed software house with its main office in London, UK to find a remote Full-Stack JS Developer. Their area of expertise is pretty broad, they build AI-enabled digital products, marketplaces bots, and systems; as well as help other businesses in validating their ideas by designing and prototyping their MVPs.

At Curvestone, we do things a bit differently. There’s no old-fashioned hierarchy, no hiding behind fancy job titles, no micromanagement, and no moaning! Instead, we work in autonomous cross-functional “pizza-teams” made up of consultants, designers, engineers, and domain experts. We join together and make ideas come to life, embracing Agile Sprint methodology. Our team comes from a diverse range of backgrounds, with expertise spanning Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Product Management, Innovation Consulting, Automation, Data Analytics, Solution Architecture, and Venture Building.

You’ll join the automation team in the finance related project (with an option to change the project to another field with the same technology in the future). In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering back-end features using Node.js, as well as developing front-end tasks using React. You’ll also be responsible for improving the internal code boilerplate. When it comes to organizational tasks, your responsibilities will include proposing, discussing, and implementing new technologies and libraries, and making all internal development processes faster and more scalable.

Our client is a well-organized startup in terms of telecommuting. They provide remote guidance and create a friendly atmosphere of equality and trust.

This is an opportunity for engineers who either live in Poland or are currently living in the UK and are looking to move to Poland.

What you’ll get:

  • Fully remote position;
  • Exciting projects that make a real impact on the world;
  • Possibility to work for a company that priorities internal relations;
  • Participation in 2 or 3 internal company events every year;
  • Work with modern technology stack and best development practices;
  • Work culture based on trust and flexibility – no working overtime;
  • 26 days of paid vacation;
  • Casual atmosphere and a great team of skilled professionals;
  • Lots of learning materials.

Job requirements

  • You are experienced in React;
  • You have worked with Node.js;
  • You have a start-up mindset: a "can-do" attitude, you’re proactive, and a team player;
  • You are willing to learn and improve your skills instead of using only a tech stack you know well;
  • You have a head full of ideas to propose and implement new technologies/libraries;
  • You are ready to get involved in improving internal processes.

Bonus points for:

  • Python (Django),
  • Scala,
  • Java.
